Signing in with SSO

To use your company Microsoft account to sign into Empulse, click the button with the Microsoft logo.

Then, follow the steps to sign into your company Microsoft account.

After signing in, you will automatically be added to an organization using the same name as your Microsoft organization.

Signing in with email and password

To sign in using your email and password, type them into the respective fields.

After filling in the fields, select whether you want to stay signed in when you next open your browser using the "Stay signed in?" toggle.

If you have two-factor authentication set up on your account, you will now be asked to provide a one-time passcode.

Registering an account

To register an account with Empulse, click the "Register here" button.

Then, fill in your information and click the "Register" button.

After registering, you will receive a verification email in your inbox. Click on the button or link in the email to verify your email-address.

After verifying your email-address, you will be able to sign in.

If you forgot your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset link.

After filling in your email, you will receive a password reset link in your email.

After filling in your new password and repeating it, you will be able to sign in with your new password.

The organizations dropdown

You can use the organizations dropdown to:

Switch active organization - Select which of your organizations you want to set as active.

Create a new organization - Create a new organization directly from the dropdown. You'll automatically be added as a member and assigned the owner role.

Manage organization - Open the management page for the currently active organization.

The "Help" section

You can open the "Help" section by clicking on the "Help" button in the bottom right of the page.

If the page you are currently on has multiple functions, use the "Back" and "Next" buttons to cycle between instructions.

The "Help" section will always be available for you to use should you need extra information or instructions.
